Cancellation/Reschedule Policy

  • Rescheduling or cancelling your photo shoot session is free of charge, provided that reschedule/cancellation request is communicated to us  by 11:59 pm the day before the scheduled photo shoot.

  • A $50.00 Same day Cancellation fee will be assessed for reschedule/cancellation requests received on the day of the scheduled photo shoot session, given that no prior notice was provided.

  • ​Please note Digital Media reserves the right to provide an alternate photographer for any photo shoot session. We will make every effort to accommodate your preferred photographer request.

Invoice & Material Release Policy

  • Our policy is to Invoice at the time the photo shoot appointment is booked into our system.

  • ​The photographer will complete the photo shoot whether or not payment has been processed, but we do not deliver the final product until payment is received.
  • ​In order to avoid any delays in delivery, we recommend paying this invoice on the day of the photo shoot at the latest.

  • ​The completed photoshoot will be sent to you via email.

Hazardous Property Policy

Digital Media prioritizes the health and safety of our team members while striving to provide high quality real estate media services. In rare cases, properties may present hazardous or unsafe conditions that prevent a full interior photo shoot. To maintain transparency and set expectations, we have outlined our policy below:

  • Photographer Safety Comes First

          If the interior of a property is deemed to be unsafe (e.g., due to pest infestations, structural damage, biohazards, or extreme unsanitary conditions, our photographer(s) may decline to enter or photograph the interior.

  • Exterior-Only Alternative

          In such cases, we will proceed with an exterior photo shoot only, which may include drone photography, front/rear exteriors, and other safe-to-capture exterior elements.

  • Real-Time Communication

          Our team will inform you promptly if a photo shoot is modified due to safety concerns.       

  • Client Responsibility

         Clients are responsible for ensuring the property is in safe, photo shoot ready condition prior to the scheduled appointment. This helps avoid delays, missed shots, or rescheduling fees.

  • No Exceptions for Unsafe Conditions

          Our photographers are instructed never to compromise their safety, and we stand by their judgment when making these on-site decisions.

Additional Building/Unit Surcharge Policy

  • Standard Surcharge Rates

    Duplexes: A $50 surcharge applies. The combined square footage of both units determines the base service category, with the surcharge accounting for additional variables such as two kitchens, two living areas, and multiple entry points. Other additional units or structures: Pricing is determined on a case-by-case basis, based on the time required for photography and editing work.

 

  • Booking Considerations

     Clients must inform us in advance if additional units or structures require photography so we can schedule accordingly. If extra buildings/units are requested onsite but not pre-booked, we may accommodate the request based on availability, and the surcharge will be added to the final invoice.

 

  • This policy ensures fair pricing while maintaining efficiency and quality in our work. If you have questions about additional surcharges, please contact us before booking.
