• 3D Floor Plan -> $80 ( in color and includes  2D upgraded Floor Plan)

• Same Day Photo Delivery-> $30 (have your photos expedited!)

• Premium Virtual Twilight Photo Edit -> $15/photo (example on Home Prep page)
• Virtual Grass Replacement -> $15/photo (example on Home Prep page)
• Lot Lines -> $20 (provides 3 edited drone photos showing the outline of the Parcel. Please provide the Parcel ID when selecting this option)

• Aerial Video -> $75 (unbranded Aerial video showcasing home or property) Horizontal or Vertical

• Video Walk Through -> $125 (unbranded video showcasing the interior and exterior of the home) Horizontal or Vertical
• Community Aerial photos -> $40 (5-10 photos of the entrance to a Community or Community Amenities)

• Zillow Showcase -> $125 (requires subscription with Zillow AND coordination with Digital Media)

Clients of Digital Media  will have their own account with access to all current and previous homes.

 

All Basic 2D Floor Plans are included in photo packages up to 4,000 sq.ft., *over 4,000 sq.ft. will incur an extra ($20) processing fee, this will be an option during ordering. 2D Floor Plans require up to 24 Hrs to complete, 3D floor plans may take up to 48 Hrs.

Floor Plan **dimension accuracy is not guaranteed.

 

There may be circumstances where the Drone cannot be flown, high winds and rain will keep it grounded, We will return at a later day at no charge to complete the work. If flown in Controlled Airspace too close to an airport, the FAA may have areas that will not allow the drone to fly. Also, certain grids may only allow up to 50 feet of altitude, We will make you aware of this before the day of your shoot.

 

Any reschedules by Digital Media due to weather WILL NOT charge the Client.

 

All photo/video media provided by Digital Media will be delivered by email Only.

All photos delivered will be able to be previewed, the media is behind a paywall to be able to download.

Your invoice is proof of payment to Como Digital Media LLC for services rendered, take this to your tax consultant to write off the services on your taxes.
